Remember that participating in our affiliate program means you're representing our product and company to users and customers. You should promote our apps with honesty and without spamming.
By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
  1. You will only promote our products and services in a lawful and ethical manner.
  2. You will not engage in any deceptive or misleading advertising practices, such as using fake or misleading endorsements, or making false or misleading claims about our products or services.
  3. You cannot offer 'cashback' or similar rewards or incentives to customers or users, other than official discounts or offers provided by us as part of the affiliate program.
  4. You will not use our trademark, logo, app icons, screenshots or othercopyrighted material without our express permission, other than the allowed uses explained in our affiliate program.
  5. You will not engage in any spamming or other unsolicited marketing practices. This includes, but is not limited to, bulk email and/or SMS to low-quality recipients or purchased lists.
  6. We reserve the right to monitor your advertising and promotional activities and to take any action we deem necessary to protect our interests, including, but not limited to, denying payment, blocking links or closing your affiliate account.
  7. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
  8. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued participation in the program following any changes to these terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes. You should check these terms regularly and update your advertising and promotional activities where needed.
